Happy Friday, Panthers and Panther Parents! What a fun week! We had a jam packed week of learning, and ended the week with a fun Brain Building session this morning! Upcoming Dates 10/25-10/29 - RED RIBBON WEEK!
10/28 - NPE School Play Audition Workshop (After School) Curriculum Updates
Report Cards There have been some parental questions about how to access report cards. The link below gives step by step instructions on how to do so! Unit Assessments Fulton County has made changes to their policy on assessments. Beginning with the Unit 2 Assessments next week, teachers will be sending home a copy of the assessment, a score report that identifies which questions students answered correctly and incorrectly, and any scratch paper used. The packed must be signed and returned to your child's teacher in its ENTIRETY within one week. Computers Please make sure your child is charging their computer nightly. We are seeing many students arrive at school with batteries at 20% or less which inhibits the student from using them throughout the day as we do not have charging carts or chargers at school. Study Guides Study guides for upcoming assessments are given out one week before the assessment (the Friday before or the Monday of the week) and cover all material that students could possibly see on the test. Questions concerning the study guide should be directed to your child's teacher. Pop-Its Students are permitted to bring Pop-Its to class as long as they are not distracting to others. Please make sure that student names are written in permanent marker clearly on the Pop-Its so that they can be returned to their owners in the event that they are lost or left behind. Headphones Please continue to send your child to school with headphones. They are necessary to complete iReady practice and other subject area activities within the classroom. If you are unable to send headphones for your child for any reason, please reach out to their homeroom teacher. Birthday Celebrations! Happy Birthday to the following student:
If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to your child's homeroom teacher! Have a safe, happy weekend and we will see you all next week! Comments are closed.
