Fifth Grade Slide Show Each year, a slide show is put together for use during our fifth grade graduation. This slideshow contains photos of students time at NPE across the years. We are asking that each parent send in a baby photo and current photo of their child to be included in the slide show. Please submit photos using the Dropbox below. DO NOT email photos directly to your child's teacher! We will be asking for group/event photos at a later date. FCS Annual Parent Survey In Panther Press this week, Mrs. Lemons sent out information regarding the annual FCS Parent Survey. If you have not yet filled out the survey, please take the time to do so! Textbook Return Ms. Zarzour will be doing her annual textbook check beginning next week. Please make sure that if your child brought a hardback science textbook home at any point this year that it is returned to school early next week. Georgia Milestones Parent Chat & Q&A Fifth Grade Graduation Yard Signs Headphones
As we get closer and closer to Milestones, it is even more critical that students are bringing their own headphones to class daily. Many students are beginning to rely on extra pairs from teachers and/or friends, and that is just not sustainable, especially with Milestones. Please make sure your child has a pair of headphones of their own in their backpacks to use each day. If you have a financial concern regarding heaphones, please reach out to your child's teacher. Computers Please make sure your child is charging their computer nightly. We are seeing many students arrive at school with batteries at 20% or less which inhibits the student from using them throughout the day as we do not have charging carts or chargers at school. Study Guides Study guides for upcoming assessments are given out one week before the assessment (the Friday before or the Monday of the week) and cover all material that students could possibly see on the test. Questions concerning the study guide should be directed to your child's teacher. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to your child's homeroom teacher! Have a safe, happy weekend!
